A Design Fee is required to retain the design services of Timberline Designs, Inc. A 50% deposit of this fee is due and payable at the completion of the Design Presentation. The balance is due and payable at the Presentation of the Final Working Plan. The design remains intellectual property of Timberline Designs, Incorporated, until the full Design Fee has been received. Please call for details.
Dozens of our projects have won national design competitions and we require permission to photograph the finished design upon completion.
